CLA and RISE Comment on DPR Proposed Fee Increase

CLA and RISE submitted joint comments on the California Department of Pesticide Regulation (DPR) proposal to substantially increase pesticide registration fees. The comments highlighted the fact that the requested increase in registration fees is unreasonable as the proposal would increase fees by 30% for new products, 50% for renewals and 1100% for amendments. These increased fees are coming at a time that DPR timeframes have become significantly longer and less predictable. Read the full comments here.
