PRIA Coalition Submits Comments on EPA’s Proposed Update to Pesticide Registration Notice (PRN) 98-10

On March 23, CropLife America worked with member company regulatory experts and industry partners to submit joint comments on the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) proposed updates to Pesticide Registration Notice (PRN) 98-10. The updates aim to improve efficiency by allowing certain minor product modifications to proceed through notification or non-notification pathways, rather than a full registration amendment, while maintaining EPA oversight of pesticide registrations and labels.
