CropLife America Responds to Executive Order on Regenerative Agriculture and Farm Resilience

June 26, 2026

CropLife America today issued the following statement in response to the administration’s Executive Order on Advancing Regenerative Agriculture and Strengthening American Farm Resilience:

Arlington, Va. — “CropLife America (CLA) supports the administration’s efforts to strengthen American agriculture through innovation, conservation, and science-based decision-making. Growing food is resource-intensive, requiring land, water, and constant protection from pests and disease. Farmers need access to a full toolbox, including precision agriculture, regenerative practices, and modern crop protection products, to produce an abundant, affordable, and healthy food supply.

“CLA members develop the technologies that help farmers meet today’s challenges while preparing for tomorrow’s demands. These companies have a long history of supporting regenerative agriculture as a science-based, outcomes-focused approach that enhances soil health, strengthens farm resilience, and improves resource efficiency while maintaining productivity. Modern crop protection technologies, integrated pest management, and precision agriculture are essential tools that enable conservation practices, such as cover crops and reduced tillage, to succeed at scale.

“We look forward to working with the Environmental Protection Agency, the Department of Agriculture, the Department of Health and Human Services, and other stakeholders to expand farmer choice, advance innovation, increase public confidence in our food system, and support a healthier future for generations to come.”
