CLA Submits Endangered Species Act Comments to U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service

On December 19, 2025 CLA submitted comments to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service on its proposal to revise regulations governing interagency cooperation under the Endangered Species Act (ESA). 

CLA urged FWS to preserve a science-based, transparent, and efficient consultation process that protects listed species while providing regulatory certainty and timely access to essential crop protection tools for farmers. 

CropLife America will continue engaging with federal partners to support ESA implementation that balances species protection with agricultural productivity.
